The result of the co-fermentation of three noble grapes, this wine is produced from fully mature Malbec (33%) and still fruity Cabernet Sauvignon (34%) and Merlot (33%) grapes, developing tastes of ripe blackberry, cassis and sweet cedar on the palate. It finishes with green notes and soft tannins. Co-fermentation releases richer tastes than simple blending and makes this wine suitable for all foods. Produced from grapes grown in our own vineyards near Rehovot, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, and released after a year of lying in bottles in a controlled environment
